ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.R.SREENIVASAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- Notice to the respondent returnable by four weeks. Private notice is also permitted.

2. Without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is now directed to pay Rs.4000/- as ordered by the trial court as

maintenance to the second respondent herein, who is the minor child of the petitioner. Total amount to be paid by the petitioner would be subject to the outcome of the petition.

3. The entire arrears of maintenance to be paid before the trial Court within a period of four weeks @ Rs.4000/- per month.

4. Post the matter after four weeks.
