ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 448 and 324 of IPC, in Crime No.1490 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) have fairly conceded that the aforesaid offences are bailable.
