This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register the case on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 21.04.2018 and take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.254 of 2018 under Sections 447, 294(b), 506(i) and 379 IPC.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
