ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 07.12.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 21 (c) 23(c) and Section 28 of NDPS Act, 1985 in O.R.No.101 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The petitioner is aged about 55 years. The petitioner had earlier moved the bail application on quite few occasions. All of them ended in dismissal. The petitioner suffered from ailment. The contraband in question is cough syrup, which is freely available in the market and it can be purchased from various pharmacies. 4.Taking note of all these aspects, this Court instead of taking up the bail application and on hearing the matter in the interest of justice, directs the Special Court to take up the case on day to day basis and conclude the entire trial proceedings within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
