This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the case in Cr.No.17 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation and filed final report as "Mistake of Fact". The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also produced the copy of the final report.

3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
