This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to C.C.No. 181 of 2013 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi and quash the same as against the petitioners. 1/4

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the case in C.C.No.181 of 2013 itself was dismissed for default on 13.06.2022 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 3.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
