O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.13 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 506(2) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Aruppukottai and it has been taken on file in C.C.NO.130 of 2020.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.212 of 2019 3.Since final report was filed, this petition has become infructuous. The petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy through appropriate proceedings before the concerned Court. 4.With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
