This petition has been filed to quash the Crime No.267 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing on 07.03.2019, it was submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that charge sheet has been laid on 22.07.2015 and status report has been called for from the concerned Court and no report has been filed.

3. Now the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.136 of 2019 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai, and the same was posted to 14.12.2021 for appearance of the accused persons. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4.Since final report has been taken cognizance, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. If the petitioner aggrieved by the contents of the final report, he shall work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 5.With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
