ORDER:This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town vide the letter in D.No.44 dated 29.01.2019, this Court made the following order: By letter dated 29.01.2019, the learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town has requested further time of four months to dispose the case in R.C.O.P.No.244 of 2013.

2. Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended further for a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 06.11.2017.
