O R D E R

The Judgment debtor in E.P.No.104 of 2016 on the file of the I Additional Sub Court, Tiruchirappalli, is the Revision petitioner herein. The parties have amicably settled their differences. The matter was referred to mediation and the mediation report reflects the agreement between the parties.

2. In this view of the matter, the order impugned in this Civil Revision is set aside. The Civil Revision petition stands allowed in terms of compromise memo entered into between the parties.

3. The Revision petitioner has already paid a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the respondent. The respondent present before me in person and acknowledges having received the same. Further a sum of Rs.50,000/- is due and payable to the respondent. The said amount is lying to the credit of E.P.No.104 of 2016 in O.S.No.398 of 2009 on the file of the learned I Additional https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli. The respondent is permitted to withdraw the same and withdrawal of the sum shall be allowed by the Court below without notice to the Revision petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
