O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent and 2nd respondent to act upon the petitioner's complaint. 2.According to the petitioner, she has lodged a complaint against her husband on 21.02.2025 for the harassment made by him along with his parents and the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint against her husband and in-laws and the same is pending for enquiry before the second respondent. They will conduct enquiry and dispose the same within a period of one week.

4.Considering the prayer of the petitioner and the second respondent has also admitted the receipt of complaint from the petitioner, it is for the second respondent to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

5.In view of the same, this Court hereby directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.02.2025 and take appropriate action within a period of one week from the date of this order in accordance with law. 6.With the above observations and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
