This petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.121 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was acquitted after full trial by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri on 17.09.2021. Hence, the matter become infructuous.

4.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
