ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to 1/4

direct the second respondent to send the expert report to the first respondent and consequently, to direct the first respondent to file charge sheet within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the defacto complaint in this case and based on his complaint, a case in Crime No.928 of 2022 has been registered for the offences under Sections 467 and 471 of IPC. Thereafter, no proper investigation has been conducted and so far not filed the final report. Hence, he has filed this petition.

3. The Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already they completed the investigation and awaiting for a report from the forensic lab. After receipt of the report from the forensic lab, they will file the final report within one month.

4. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to complete the investigation and to file the final report and as the report is awaited from the forensic lab, and recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the first respondent to file the final report within one month from the date of this order.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
