This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the first petitioner and his family members based on the complaint of the third respondent.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), no complaint has been received against the petitioners and no enquiry has been conducted and therefore, there is no question of harassment against the petitioners by second respondent police. The contentions of the petitioners are not correct and therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is liable to be dismissed. 3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that there is no complaint pending against the petitioners before the second respondent police and therefore, there is no question of harassment https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
