RESPONDENTS PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of constitution of India, praying to call for the records of the lower court and allow this Revision Petition and set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 30/08/2017 passed in I.A.No. 309 of 2017 in O.S.No.435 of 2001 & 447 of 1995 on the file of the 2nd Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai.

ORDER : This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the 2nd Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai vide the letter in D.No.1525/2018 dated 29.05.2018 appeared of Mr.V.RAMAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of Mr.BABU RAJENDRAN, Advocate for the Caveator(R4), this Court made the following order:- This Court, while disposing of the above Civil Revision Petition on 07.11.2017, directed the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai, to dispose of the Suits in O.S.No.435 of 2001 and 447 of 1995, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. Pursuant to the order, the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai, has sent a letter, dated 29.05.2018, requesting

extension of a further period of two months' time to dispose of the said suits.

3. Therefore, a further period of two months' time is granted to the learned learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai, to dispose of the said Suits in O.S.No.435 of 2001 and 447 of 1995, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Judge, is directed to report the same to this Court after passing orders. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
