The petitioner seeks for quash of the FIR in Crime No.209 of 2010 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed in S.C.No.180 of 2025 before the Additional District Court, Palani. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
