ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Section 392 of IPC @ 395 of IPC @ 397 of IPC in Crime No.371 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution, as per the de-facto complainant, is that the the accused persons have attacked the de-facto complainant with steel pipe and robbed a sum of Rs.9,00,000/- from him. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4. It is seen that the petitioner has committed very serious offence. Therefore this Court has already dismissed the two anticipatory bail petitions on earlier two occasions, hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

5. In view of the same, this criminal original petition stands dismissed with costs. The Petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) towards costs to the Chief Justice Relief Fund.
