O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the FIR against the proposed accused on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 11.11.2015 and 22.01.2016.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears to be a matrimonial dispute. The petitioner herself stated that her husband was granted anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.NO.326 of 2016, by the District Court, Sivagangai District and has not complying with the orders passed by the Court.

4. Under such circumstances, this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case to issue direction to the respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.11.2015 and 22.01.2016. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
