Seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.30 of 2014 within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.side)appearing for the respondents. 3.A perusal of the F.I.R would go to show that it was registered only on 03.12.2014. The said case has been registered for offences under Sections 120(b), 420, 465 and 468 I.P.C. 4.Going by the nature of the allegations and the number of accused involved in the crime, it will take some time to complete the investigation by the second respondent.
