ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to take action against the accused persons and to file a final report in Crime No.68 of 2017 dated 12.06.2017. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that investigation is going on and the final report will be filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate at the earliest.

3.In view of the above said submission, this Court directs the respondent police to file the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
