[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The prayer in the habeas corpus petition is to direct the respondents to produce the minor daughter of the petitioner, namely, Vaitheki daughter of M.Karuppaiah aged about 17 years before this Court and hand over the custody to the petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Anandharaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would state that the detenue is a minor and she was produced before the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppathur on 26.07.2020. H.C.P.(MD) No.462 of 2020 the detenue was not willing to go with the petitioner, she was sent to a home. It is also stated that a criminal case has been registered against the fourth respondent and he was remanded to the judicial custody.
3.Recording the said statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this habeas corpus Petition is closed.
