This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 27.02.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 27.02.2025 was considered and after enquiry, the same was closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. The prayer sought for in this petition to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 27.02.2025.

4. According to the second respondent, the representation of the petitioner was considered and the same was closed after enquiry. Today, the enquiry report was also served to the petitioner. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to challenge the closure of the complaint in accordance with law, if she is aggrieved. In view of the same, preserving the liberty of the Page No. 2 of 4

petitioner to challenge the closure report of the complaint in accordance with law, this Writ Petition is closed.
