This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members life and limb. 2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 10.07.2020, the second respondent police initiated an enquiry in C.No.C2/20431/2020, dated 23.07.2020 and during the enquiry, if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
