O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register the case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.02.2016 and to investigate and file a final report within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that the petitioner is an accused in Cr.No.46 of 2016 on the complaint lodged by the opposite party and this petitioner was arrested and released on bail. As counter blast, this petitioner lodged the present complaint dated 06.02.2016, in which petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.83 of 2016 and hence, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.02.2016. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
