O R D E R

This application is filed seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 16.05.2018 and to file final report.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 16.05.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired and FIR has also been registered for the offence under Sections 447, 294(b), 323, 427, 506(2) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002. The copy of the FIR has also been produced before this Court. 4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
