This Writ Petition has been filed by Mr.E.Moorthy, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal presented by the petitioner, dated 21.04.2015, within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.M.Muniyasamy, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents.

3. Considering the limited scope of prayer, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the first respondent to dispose of the appeal presented by the

petitioner, dated 21.04.2015, and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
