ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to call for the records relating to the O.S.No.6 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil and issue direction to dispose the abvoe suit within the stipulated period of time.

2. The revision petitioner who is the plaintiff has filed suit in O.S.No.6 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, for partition seeking 1⁄4th share and for rendition of accounts. The respondent filed written statement and issues were framed and thereafter, the suit was posted for trial in the month of March 2015 and from that date onwards, the suit is being adjourned without any progress. Therefore, the petitioner has come out with the present revision.

4. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

5. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari District at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Nagercoil. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil is directed to dispose of O.S.No.6 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than 31st August 2017. No costs.
