The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.150 of 2019 within the stipulated time.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.150 of 2019 is almost completed and prayed for one month time to file a final report.

3. In view of the above submissions, the respondent police is directed to file the final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
