This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.181 of 2017, within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.181 of 2017 under Sections 147, 148, 341, 397 (NP) and 506(ii) IPC, but so far, the second respondent has not conducted the investigation and also not filed the final report. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) has submitted that the investigation is under progress and two months time may be granted to complete the investigation and file the final report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the second respondent is
directed to expedite the investigation and file the final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the aforesaid direction, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
