O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct first respondent to direct the second respondent police to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 28.12.2015 and to investigate the matter within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 28.12.15, it appears that the petitioner has lent money to the opposite parties and that they are not returning the money and threatened the petitioner. This transaction is civil in nature and hence, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.12.2015. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
