This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 14.05.2018. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner's complaint was enquired by the second respondent and after enquiry, the second respondent advised the petitioner to approach the Civil Court, as the said dispute is purely civil in nature.

3.In view of the abovesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the competent Court to redress the grievance of the petitioner.

4.Recording the abovesaid submission made by both parties, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Court to redress his grievance.
