This petition is filed seeking quashment of C.C.No.18 of 2016 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai. 2.There is no representation for the petitioners. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent is present and he would submit that he did not receive the papers from the counsel for the petitioners.

4.It appears that it is a matrimonial dispute between the parties. Since the matter is of the year 2016, let a report be called for from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, as to the stage of the proceedings in C.C.No.18 of 2016. 5.List the matter for final disposal on 30.11.2021. In the mean time, the learned counsel for the petitioner may serve papers upon the respondent counsel.
