Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7665 of 2020 2.Today, when the Criminal Original Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instruction, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 08.06.2020, an enquiry has been initiated in C.No.13 of 2020, on the file of the third respondent police and during the enquiry, if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken. 3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
