ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) of IPC and 5 (I), 6 of POCSO Act, in Crime No.350 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The petitioner is a married person, his wife is a Inspector of Police. The defacto complainant is the own sister of the petitioner. The petitioner had physical relationship with the defacto complainant's daughter. The defacto complainant's daughter was a minor during the relevant time. Offences against the children are to be viewed very seriously. Hence, this Court finds no merits in this petition.
