Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.242 of 2019 & 22605 of 2018 were permitted to move an application under Section 321 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the concerned Court for withdrawal of prosecution.
2. In view of the above GO, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of with liberty to the respondent Police to move an application before the concerned Court through appropriate proceedings. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
