(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This writ petition is filed challenging the sale notice issued by the first respondent, dated 21.03.2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent bank, submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court while granting stay.

3. It is further represented that by virtue of the stay granted by this Court, the auction did not go as per schedule and that therefore, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. It is open to the respondents to proceed further in accordance with law.
