ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expeditiously investigate the case in Crime No. 5 of 2015 pending on the file of the respondent police and secure the petitioner's daughter and grandson at the earliest within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) submitted that based on a complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No. 5 of 2019 for the offence under Section 'Women missing, Boy missing' and thereafter, they secured Women and child and produced before the concerned Court and after recording their statements the case has been closed. The statement is recorded.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement, the the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
