This contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for his willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15503 of 2023 dated 07.09.2023. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15503 of 2023 dated 07.09.2023 has been complied with and a final report has also been filed, which is taken on file in C.C.No.377 of 2024 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy.
