2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the award has been passed by the Tribunal on 29.09.2023 The petitioners are struggling to meet out their expenses . Hence, he prays to withdraw 50% of the award amount. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has objected to withdraw the amount and contended that we are challenging the liability. 4.Having gone through the records, this Court permits the petitioners/claimants to withdraw 50% of the deposited award amount with proportionate accrued interest and cost as apportioned by the Tribunal. sd/- 20/06/2025 / TRUE COPY / /07/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
