When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that the order passed by this Court dated 03.12.2025 has been complied with and the representation of the petitioner has been considered and order has been passed on 23.02.2026 rejecting the request of the petitioner.

2. Since the order passed by this Court dated 03.12.2025 has been complied with, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 23.02.2026, if she is so advised.
