ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent herein to expedite the investigation of the case in Crime No.51 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Chinnalapalatti Police Station, Dindigul and to file a final report within the time frame stipulated by this Court forthwith, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that after completion of enquiry, the respondent police closed the petition as 'action dropped' on 08.02.2015.
