2.The second respondent is directed to pass order on the petitioner's request for shifting the petition mentioned electricity line. The second respondent will put the third respondent on notice before passing any order. Such an order shall be passed on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
