Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to take appropriate legal actions on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 31.01.2022 as per the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalitha Kumari -VsState of Uttar Pradesh and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court. This petition has been filed todirecting the respondents to take appropriate legal actions on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 31.01.2022 as per the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalitha Kumari -VsState of Uttar Pradesh and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 31.01.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and dispose of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
