ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, to dispose the case in C.C.No.102 of 2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3.
