ORDER

This revision petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Pudukottai, to expedite the trial in HMOP.No.189 of 2017 on its file, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.A joint compromise memo has been filed by the parties stating as follows:- ''2.It is submitted that during the pendency of the above said HMOP proceedings, the petitioner approached this Hon'ble Court for expedite the proceedings in the abovesaid case. In the meanwhile due to intervention of the family elders, the matter is amicably settled between the parties. 3.It is submitted that the Respondent is agreed for the relief sought for in the HMOP No.189 of 2017 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Pudukottai and also the Respondent denied the other allegations made in the HMOP proceedings.''

3.Placing on record the joint compromise memo, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. The joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of this order.
