O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.192 of 2018 on the file of the first Respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, on 19.02.2021, and the same was not taken on file sofar.

4.The learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, is directed to process the final report as per rules and compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.

5.Since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition and the petition become infructuous. 6. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
