ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a mandamus seeking a direction against the respondents, Tahsildar and Surveyor of Taluk Office, Sivagangai District, to survey and measure the property of the petitioner in Survey No.748/4, measuring 0.00.39 cents at Velliyathur, Thiruppathur Taluk, 2.The petitioner had given a representation and had also paid necessary charges through e-challan on 16.02.2023. The petitioner also has enclosed as documents along with the writ petition. The patta stands in his name.

3. In view of the aforesaid records, a direction is given to the respondents to proceed further to consider the representation by surveying and measuring the aforementioned property of the petitioner. The respondents may complete the entire exercise within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
