RESPONDENT PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying this Hon'ble Court to pass an order directing the Family Judge, Madurai to dispose of the case filed in I.A.No.232 of 2016 in H.M.O.P.No.351 of 2010 pending before the Family Judge, Madurai as expeditiously as possible. ORDER : This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Judge, Family Court, Madurai vide letter in D.No.514/2018 dated 28.05.2018 and upon hearing the arguments of Mrs.K.ABIYA, Advocate for the petitioner, this court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today for extension of time for disposing the application in I.A.No.232 of 2016 in HMOP.No.351 of 2010, on the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

2. This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 13.11.2017, directing the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.232 of 2016 in HMOP.No.351 of 2010, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There was a request from the learned trial Judge on 15.12.2017, 28.03.2018 for extension of time and the same was granted. Now, the learned Judge has again sought for further three months time. Hence, the matter was listed today.

3. Considering the averments made by the Court below, this Court is inclined to extend time further.

4. Accordingly, the time for disposing the I.A.No.232 of 2016

in HMOP.No.351 of 2010, is extended for a further period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, finally. No further extension will be given.
