This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.262 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.43 of 2019.

3.Since final report has been filed and the same was taken cognizance by the Trial Court, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition and hence, the matter become infructuous. But, however, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the contents of the final report and work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
