O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.282 of 2018, pending on the file of 1st Respondent Police, dated 04.08.2018.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, and it was taken cognizance in C.C.No.408 of 2019 and the same was adjourned to 12.11.2021, for supplying the copies.

3.Since final report has been filed and the same was taken cognizance by the Trial Court, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition and hence, the matter become infructuous. But, however, if the petitioner is aggrieved the contents of the final report, he work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

Crl.OP(MD)No.2529 of 2019 4.With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
